Could you please explain what Shaft is used for a Three-wood? Is it a driver shaft cut to a Three-wood specification?
Yes, if you have a 3-wood, you can use this shaft, and just butt cut it to the desired finished club length. The standard club length for a 3-wood is 43", but you can adjust this according to your height and preferences.

I have a Callaway Big Bertha Hawk Eye driver that I want to try this shaft on . If it doesn't pan out I was thinking I could get the adaptor to make it fit my Ping G90 5 wood ( of course I would need to adjust length ). Is this possible
Hi Ralph,
To switch the shaft for a different club head you would need a club-builder to help. It's possible, but would take extra work. Also, make sure both heads can take .355" tip size shafts.

The Callaway Epic Max fairway takes any 0.335" tip shaft, so this Prolaunch would fit.

It's a high launch, high spin shaft. That means it's low kick.
Torque of 5.0 would be considered mid as well. -
