60 DAY RETURNS

Due to strict inventory guidelines, we are no longer processing exchanges. We ask that you send the items back for a full refund and then repurchase whatever you need! 

 

Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging (ex: plastic wrapping on grips must be kept ON) and in the original condition, and must include this RMA form. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for applicable orders (see below).

 

RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

Assembled shafts and clubs cannot be returnedOnce assembly has begun on your order, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

 

RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

 

For returns, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us. If you need a return label, you can purchase one using the (optional) steps below. For returns (partial or full) only, you will be refunded for the product purchase price only (this does not include the original shipping costs). In addition, if your order qualified and had applied any free shipping promotions, this cost in the amount of $7 will be deducted from your total order refund amount. 

*If you do not purchase a return label from us and the value of the items are over $100, we recommend purchasing insurance from the carrier in case of damage in transit. 

We cannot verify or issue refunds for lost, stolen shipments, or damaged items*.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, Grips4less will send a check for the refund amount. If you prefer store credit, please include this request in the RMA form. Refunds are only issued for unopened and unused products.  Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.

 

 

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)

 

1) Print the RMA form, fill it out, and include it with your return package.

 

2) Purchase a shipping label at a local carrier (UPS, Fedex, or USPS post office) and send the package back to us:

Then drop off the package at the local carrier.

 

3) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund to the original payment account*.

 

 

CANCELATION REQUESTS

While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled. If you need your order canceled, please text us with the words "Cancel Order" + your order number within 30 minutes of placing the order: 1-855-339-3361

If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
