365 DAY RETURNS
Returns or exchanges can be made within 365 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for applicable orders.
For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us. For returns, you will be refunded for the product purchase price, minus the original shipping costs. In addition, if your order qualified and had applied any free shipping promotions, these costs (either $3.50 or $7, based on your order total) may be deducted from your total order refund amount. For exchanges, there will be no deduction from the credit amount. If there is a difference in amount with the value of exchanged items, then we will refund the original payment, or contact you for additional payment if needed.
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, Grips4less will send a check for the refund amount. If you prefer store credit, please include this request in the RMA form. Refunds are only issued for unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.
We recommend using a shipping carrier that will track your return shipment and guarantee delivery, such as USPS priority mail or UPS/Fedex ground. We cannot verify or issue refunds for lost or stolen shipments.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)
1) Print the RMA form and include it with the shipment

3) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund to the original payment account*.
