Returns can be made within 365 days after you've received the original order. Returns are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for applicable orders.
You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us and you will be refunded for the product purchase price. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. Any promotional discounts used in the original order may be reapplied to your refund total based on the original order total minus the value of the returned items.
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, Grips4less will send a check for the refund amount. If you prefer store credit, please include this request in the RMA form. We recommend using a shipping carrier that will track your return shipment and guarantee delivery, such as USPS priority mail or UPS/Fedex ground. We cannot verify or issue refunds for lost or stolen shipments.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)
1) Print the RMA form and include it with the shipment

3) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund to the original payment account*.
