60 DAY RETURNS

Returns or exchanges can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging (ex: plastic wrapping on grips must be kept ON) and in the original condition, and must include this RMA form. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for applicable orders (see below).

 

RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

Assembled shafts and clubs cannot be returnedOnce assembly has begun on your order, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

 

RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the items back to us. For returns (partial or full) only, you will be refunded for the product purchase price only (this does not include the original shipping costs). In addition, if your order qualified and had applied any free shipping promotions, this cost in the amount of $7 will be deducted from your total order refund amount. For exchanges, or situations where you already placed a new order as a replacement, there will be no deduction from the credit amount. For exchanges, if there is a difference in amount with the value of exchanged items, we will refund the original payment, or contact you for additional payment if needed. 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). In the event that the payment processor cannot issue the refund, Grips4less will send a check for the refund amount. If you prefer store credit, please include this request in the RMA form. Refunds are only issued for unopened and unused products.  Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

We recommend using a shipping carrier that will track your return shipment and guarantee delivery, such as USPS priority mail or UPS/Fedex ground. We cannot verify or issue refunds for lost, stolen shipments, or damaged items*.

 

*For returns where the value of the items are over $100, we recommend purchasing insurance from the carrier in case of damage in transit.



HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)

 

1) Print the RMA form and include it with your return shipment.

 

2) Ship the product and RMA form to:

3) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (or exchange) to the original payment account*.
