Which clubs do you reshaft?
Irons and wedges, whether that is a single wedge or a full set. For drivers and fairway woods, our assembled shaft service builds those to your specs, ready to bolt straight onto your head.
How long does it take?
5 to 7 days door to door in most cases. You order, we email your shipping label, you send the clubs, we build them in 1 to 2 business days and ship them straight back.
Can I mail my clubs in?
Yes, that is how it works. Ship them to us, we build them, we ship them back. Most people never handle a club themselves.
Do I send the whole club or just the head?
Either. Most people send complete clubs and we pull the old shafts here.
What if I do not know which shaft I need?
Tell us your club model, the shaft you play now, and roughly how far you hit your 7 iron. We will suggest shafts that match what you describe and quote the full build before you send anything, free. We work from the information you give us. We do not do launch monitor testing or swing analysis.
Do I have to buy the shafts and grips from you?
Yes. That is also what lets us warranty the finished club for three years, because we know exactly what went into it.
What does the warranty cover?
Our work, for three years. If a club we built fails during normal play because of how we assembled it, we repair or replace it at no charge. It does not cover hitting a cart path or a tree.
Can you match my current specs?
Yes. Send your lengths or tell us they are standard and we build to match.
Can I cancel after I ship?
Once a club has been reshafted it cannot be cancelled or returned, since it is custom work. Call us before we start and we will sort anything out.
