WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING
MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO RECEIVE PACKAGES FROM THE POST OFFICE
The default shipping carrier, unless otherwise specified by the customer-selected shipping option during checkout, will be USPS or Fedex. If your address is not deliverable by USPS, please select a Fedex shipping option. If your package is returned by the post office, we will not re-ship it unless additional postage is paid.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with the tracking link from our shipping carrier. Please allow 24 hrs for the tracking link to be updated correctly. For orders shipped with First Class Standard Shipping or some shaft orders, there will be no en-route updates aside from the initial carrier pick-up and final delivery update.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We ship every order from our 30,000 square foot warehouse in sunny Southern California. Our most common shipping carrier is with USPS (US and international), Fedex (US and International) and DHL (international).
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (OUTSIDE THE US)
Yes, we do! We offer competitive weight-based shipping rates with DHL (3 business days), USPS Priority (5-7 business days), Fedex International Economy (3-5 business days) and Fedex International Priority (1-2 business days) to almost country outside the US.
Please note all prices are in $USD unless otherwise stated. And with some international orders, there may be additional duties/taxes based on YOUR COUNTRY'S regulations that you will be responsible for.

RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)
There are no restocking fees. However hhe cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($11 for standard size packages, $13 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the items received are not in new/unused condition, we reserve the right to send the items back to you, or deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (ASSEMBLED ITEMS)
Assembled shafts and clubs cannot be returned. Once assembly has begun on your order, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Sorry, we are not accepting any international returns at this time.
REFUNDS
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)
1) Access your order history, and request a return here
2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.
3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.
4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?
If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.
CANCELATION REQUESTS
While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled
If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Can you install the short axiom shaft into your wedges as well?
Yes, the short Axiom shafts can go into any wedges. Just make sure to get the tip sizes needed for the wedge model you have. Let us know if you have any questions.

I have single length clubs 5-SW. Would these shafts work?
The Axiom shafts are grouped into 3 length groups. So the shorter irons would use a shorter shaft, but it depends on what final playing length you are looking for so it could possibly work. Let us know if you have any questions.

In your chart you have sizes short medium and long at the end of each shaft. Can you explain the meaning of this?
The Axiom shaft are grouped into 3 iron club lengths:
For your Long irons (#2-iron to #4-iron), you'll choose the "Long" length.
For your Mid irons (#5-iron to #7-iron), you'll choose the "Mid" length.
For your Short irons (#8-iron to wedge), you'll choose the "Short" length.
This is a slightly different approach than how most 0.370" tip iron shafts are created (which are usually single length), and they do this because each group of lengths has a progressive torque, launch, and spin profile. Let us know if you have any questions! -

yes, but the longest "tip to grip{ length achievable is around 41" only ..

Wanna to one of these in a wedge.. what flex do you recommend
We'd recommend going with the same flex you play in your iron clubs, or one stiffness higher (ie. Stiff, if you play Regular in irons).

Also i’m thinking of putting them into a iron that is 30 years old will they fit with the tip. They will be going into the old ping nickel irons. I think they are Isi nickel black dots. Fujikura Axiom shafts 5- wedge. Either 105 stiff short/or 105stiff long. What’s the difference between these 2 shaft choices is it length?
These shafts can be shaved down, so whatever the hosel size it should be doable.
For #5 through #7-irons, you'll want choose MID length. For #8 through wedge clubs, you'll want to select SHORT length.
The LONG iron shafts are for #2 through #4-iron clubs.
