Refund policy
Returns or exchanges can be made within 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened, unused, and unassembled products. Assembled shafts (with adapter tip + grip) cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition, and must include this RMA form. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for applicable orders.
RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE
For returns (partial or full) only, you will be refunded for the product purchase price less the return shipping costs ($11 for standard size packages, or $13 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts) which will be deducted to cover the cost of return shipping. If the item returned is not in original condition or damaged, it cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal) within 2-4 days after the return package has been received in our warehouse. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.

EU / European Economic Area (EEA) Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the last item of your order. This withdrawal period extends over weekends and public holidays.
Exceptions — Non-returnable items: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Assembled shafts (products with an adapter tip installed)
- Custom or personalized products
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To initiate a return, visit your customer accounts page at account.grips4less.com within the 30-day withdrawal period.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled, or before assembly work has begun on an assembled shaft product.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2–4 business days. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option). Import duties and customs fees charged by the destination country are non-refundable.
