Callaway has kept one driver sleeve from the Big Bertha Alpha 815 through the current Elyte and Quantum, but fairway woods take their own sleeve and hybrids have changed twice, so this guide tells you which one fits before you order an assembled shaft. Driver Adapter (standard)
Our Callaway-compatible driver adapter fits .335" tip shafts and is available in right hand and left hand. It includes the screw and end cap; a wrench is not included. Callaway's two-cog hosel sets loft at the stated loft, +1° or +2° above it or 1° below it, with a neutral or draw setting.

Tour Strong and Tour Flat Driver Adapters

Two variants of the same driver sleeve for players who want a different starting point. Both fit the same driver list as the standard adapter and use the same .335" tip.
Tour Strong Green Dot takes loft off: -1° or -2° from the stated loft, for faster swingers who launch too high or spin too much. Right hand and left hand.
Tour Flat Red Line keeps the standard loft settings but starts the lie 0.75° flatter, which right-handers use to take some left out of a draw or hook. Right hand only.
Important: For Callaway fairway woods from 2018 and earlier, text us before ordering either of these; newer fairways use the fairway wood adapter.

Fairway Wood Adapter
Our Callaway-compatible fairway wood adapter is a separate, smaller sleeve from the driver adapter. It fits .335" tip shafts, is available in right hand and left hand, and includes the screw; a wrench is not included. The two cogs set loft at the stated loft, +1° or +2° above it or 1° below it, with a neutral or draw setting.

Hybrid Adapters: Paradym-era and Elyte
Callaway hybrids use two different sleeves, so pick by model.
Paradym / Apex / Rogue X hybrid adapter. Right hand and left hand, screw included. Sets loft at the stated loft, +1° or +2° above it or 1° below it, neutral or draw. Fits:

Elyte hybrid adapter. .370" tip, right hand and left hand, screw included. Fits the Elyte, Elyte X and Elyte Max Fast hybrids. Callaway's OptiFit 4 hosel on these has three positions per cog, which Callaway says gives 7 loft and lie configurations.

Which Adapter Do I Need?

I play a Callaway Quantum, Elyte, Ai Smoke, Paradym, Rogue ST, Epic, Mavrik, Rogue, GBB Epic, XR 16 or Alpha 815/816 driver.

You need the Callaway-compatible driver adapter (.335" tip). One sleeve covers all of them. Pick the Tour Strong Green Dot if you want less loft, or the Tour Flat Red Line if you want a flatter lie.
I play a Callaway fairway wood.

You need the Callaway-compatible fairway wood adapter (.335" tip). It is a separate sleeve from the driver adapter. Check the list; for a 2018 or earlier fairway, text us first.
I play a Callaway Paradym, Ai Smoke, Epic, Apex or Rogue X hybrid.

You need the Paradym hybrid adapter. It is a different sleeve from the Elyte hybrid adapter and from the driver and fairway sleeves.
I play a Callaway Elyte hybrid.

You need the Elyte hybrid adapter (.370" tip). The Elyte hybrids moved to a new hosel, so the Paradym sleeve does not fit.
I'm not sure which Callaway model I have.

Check the sole of your clubhead. The model name is stamped there on every Callaway driver, fairway wood and hybrid. Match it to the lists above.

What is the difference between the standard, Tour Strong and Tour Flat Callaway adapters?

All three fit the same drivers. The standard sleeve gives the stated loft, +1° or +2°, or -1°, with a neutral or draw setting. The Tour Strong Green Dot sleeve takes loft off, -1° or -2°, for players who launch too high or spin too much. The Tour Flat Red Line sleeve keeps the standard loft settings but starts the lie 0.75° flatter, which right-handers use to tone down a draw or hook. Tour Flat is right hand only.

Does the Callaway driver adapter fit my fairway wood?

No. Callaway fairway woods use a separate, smaller sleeve, even in the same model year. Our fairway wood adapter fits the Elyte, Paradym Ai Smoke, Paradym, Rogue ST, Epic Flash, Mavrik Tour, Epic, Big Bertha and Big Bertha REVA fairways with a .335" tip. Which Callaway hybrid adapter do I need?

It depends on the model. The Paradym, Paradym X, Paradym Super Hybrid, Paradym Ai Smoke, Epic Super Hybrid, Epic Flash, Apex, Rogue X and 2019 Great Big Bertha hybrids take the Paradym hybrid adapter. The Elyte, Elyte X and Elyte Max Fast hybrids moved to Callaway's OptiFit 4 hosel and take the Elyte hybrid adapter with a .370" tip. The two sleeves do not interchange. Hybrid shafts are different shafts from driver and fairway shafts, so place a separate order for each club.

If I upgrade my Callaway driver, can I use the same assembled shaft?

Yes, as long as both drivers are on the compatible list. A shaft built for a Paradym goes straight into an Ai Smoke, Elyte or Quantum with no change, and the two-cog hosel settings work the same way. Callaway says its adjustable driver hosel gives 8 loft and lie combinations. Set the cogs to the markings on your club and tighten with your Callaway wrench.
