I have ping g410 irons with 40gr shaft I’m not feeling the head as I think I should. Would this Winn Lite grip fit and accomplish this? Thanks
Yes, if you are looking to increase the swingweight of the club, then decreasing the weight of the grip would accomlish this. By increasing the weight of the golf grip by 4 grams, the swingweight will be decreased by one swingweight point (decrease from D4 to D3, for example). Conversely, by decreasing the weight of the golf grip by 4 grams, the swingweight will be increased by one swingweight point.

My 7 iron has a 65 gram shaft and feels a little heavy (too complicated to explain) ; other irons have 55 gram shaft. Will putting a light weight grip on the 7 iron make things better or worse?
Technically, putting a lighter grip will actually move the swing weight up (so the club will feel heavier). But grip weight doesn't affect how heavy the club feels as much as the shaft weight.

Hi there, does it mean that if I change my xxio12 grip ( 47G) which is a c8 SW ,to winn dri tac lite (22G), the new swing weight would be somewhere D4?
Reducing the grip by 5 grams will usually increase your swing weight by 1 unit. So going from a 47g to 22g grip, will reduce your swing weight to around D3.
