RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

There are no restocking fees. However the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($7.5 for small/lite packages, $13 for standard size packages, $15 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the returned items are not in new and unused condition, we reserve the right to dispose of them or return them to you at your expense. You may purchase return shipping if you would like the items sent back.

Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.

We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.

Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

We do not accept any international returns at this time.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.

Refused or Unpaid Shipments

If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.

REFUNDS

Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)

1) Access your order history, and request a return here

2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.

3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.

4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.

DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?

If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.

CANCELATION REQUESTS

While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled

If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Grips4less are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The Rogue ∞ Red is built to help the face square up without extra work. When the ball keeps starting right, the face is usually open at impact. The Red uses a soft+ tip and low kick point to add toe-down deflection, which helps the clubhead release and return to square more naturally. The result is a start line that moves back toward center.

With a medium+ butt and medium+ mid section, the Red loads and unloads smoothly so you don't have to force it. That easy loading, plus the softer tip, gives you a mid+ launch with mid spin, which is a good window for players who need help getting the ball up and carrying it. It's non-counterbalanced, so it keeps a traditional balance and feel.

ALDILA's Dual Torque Core is the tech behind the whole Rogue ∞ series. What swing speed is the Rogue ∞ Red designed for?

ALDILA's fit guide places the Red 40 R2 and Red 50 R around 81 to 90 mph, and the Red 60 S around 91 to 105 mph. If you swing faster than about 105 mph or need X flex, look at the Rogue ∞ White or CB instead.

What does "right start-line tendency" mean?

It means your shots tend to start right of your target (for a right-handed golfer). That usually happens when the face is open at impact. The Red adds toe-down deflection to help the face close more naturally, so the ball starts closer to your target line.

Will the Rogue ∞ Red fix my slice?

It can help. A shaft won't fix a swing path issue on its own, but the Red is designed to help the face square up at impact, which is a big part of why shots start right and curve away. Many players see a straighter start line and less curve, especially if their current shaft feels stiff or hard to load.

Rogue ∞ Red vs Blue: which one should I play?

Can this shaft be used in fairway woods?

Yes. ALDILA's tip trim guide covers driver through 9-wood: no tip trim for driver, 0.5" for a 3-wood, 0.75" for a 5-wood, and 1.0" for 7 and 9-woods. Many players go up one weight class in their fairways (for example, 50g in the driver and 60g in the 3-wood).

What is Dual Torque Core?
