FULL DESCRIPTION
The Graphite Design Tour AD VF – Victory Force is here. Designed and manufactured at the Graphite Design Japan factory headquarters, the new Tour AD VF wood shafts are jet black with red accents and finished with a gloss clear coat.
The Tour AD VF, like the other high performance Tour AD wood shafts, utilizes premium, aerospace quality carbon-fiber materials and are available in 40g R2, R1 and S flex, 50g R2, R1, S and X flex, 60g SR, S, X and TX flex, 70g S, X and TX flex and 80g X flex.
The Tour AD VF shaft profile is Firm in the butt section, Stiff+ in the center section and has a Very Stiff tip to promote Low/Mid launch angles and Low-ball spin rates. The Tour AD VF shafts utilizes the modern TORAYCA® M40X carbon-fiber material in the butt section of the shaft to support a stiff, yet smooth feeling kick point and the ultra-high modulus TORAYCA® T1100G carbon-fiber material in the middle thru to the tip section of the shaft for unrivaled shaft stability and precise ball control without the loss of the exceptional feel that Graphite Design shafts are so well known for.
Victories require Force. Visit your local Graphite Design dealer for a fitting and experience the new Tour AD VF. You will discover the Force necessary to achieve Victory.
HOW IT COMPARES
The Tour AD VF is the lowest-launching and lowest-spinning shaft in the Tour AD wood lineup — a very stiff tip using TORAYCA® M40X and T1100G materials built for faster swing speeds above 105 mph who need maximum spin suppression and a penetrating ball flight above everything else. Players who want more height and a more accessible fit window should look at the Tour AD DI or GC, while those wanting the same low-launch profile with a more active, responsive feel should consider the Tour AD FI instead.
Not sure whether the Tour AD VF fits your game? Our Graphite Design Shaft Guide covers the full Tour AD lineup, or compare every model side by side in the Graphite Design Tour AD Wood Shaft Comparison Table.

I’m 53 and currently playing Hzrdus Black RDX 60 stiff thinking about switching to the Tour AD VF. How is this different in feel and power? Would this shaft work for me?
Both are low-spin, low-launch shafts aimed at aggressive/strong swingers, but they feel pretty different. The HZRDUS Black RDX is known for that "rock solid, doesn't move" feel — an ultra-stiff mid and stiff tip that's stable and crisp but firmer overall. The Tour AD VF shares a similar philosophy (firm butt, stiff+ mid, very stiff tip, low-mid launch, low spin), but Graphite Design shafts are known for a smoother, more refined, "premium" feel. You still get the stability and controlled flight, but with a little more liveliness and a slightly higher launch than the Black RDX. So you'd likely notice a touch more ball flight and a noticeably smoother impact feel.

What type of player is the VF for?
The Tour AD VF is built for a stronger, faster-swinging player who wants a low-mid launch with low spin and a penetrating, controlled ball flight. It has a firm butt, stiff+ mid, and very stiff tip — so it resists twisting at impact, stays stable under aggressive transitions, and won't balloon or over-spin. It fits players with moderate-to-fast swing speeds, solid tempo, and consistent center-face contact who already generate enough launch and are looking to tighten dispersion and flatten trajectory rather than get help getting the ball up. Graphite Design's signature smooth, refined feel makes it more comfortable through impact than many similarly stout shafts, so it's also a good pick for better players who want tour-grade stability without a harsh or boardy feel. If you need help launching the ball higher or have a smoother tempo, VF is probably too stout — but for the target player, it's one of the most popular low-spin control shafts on tour.

Hi, looking to order the VF 7 TX for my BRNR Mini, @ 3 wood length. Just wanted to check that standard length 43.25? And adapter wise I assume it’s the same as the QI10? So just wasn’t sure which options to finalise. If you could assist and confirm, then I’ll go ahead with the build ! Thanks
Hi,
For the TM Brnr Mini Driver, the standard shaft ("adapter tip to grip") length is 42.75". To use it as a 3-wood, you could reduce the length by 2" or 2.25".
Yes, they are the same adapter model as the QI10 driver head.
Let us know if you have any questions!
