How It Plays

HexTow carbon fiber. Project X builds the Smoke Blue RDX with Hexcel HexTow carbon fibers for consistent material quality. True Temper says the bend profile is engineered to vary by flex, so each flex is tuned for the players who use it.

Low launch, low spin, counterbalanced. True Temper rates it low trajectory, low spin and fast tempo. The counterbalanced design and softer midsection help the shaft load and feel smooth, while the firm butt and tip keep it stable through impact. Torque is 4.2 in the 60 series 5.5 and 3.3 in the 70 series 6.5.
