Comfort, Player and Element compared, and how to pick your size.
REVL is SuperStroke’s line of swing grips for irons, woods and wedges. There are three models, each built for a different feel. Answer four questions and we’ll match you with the right one, or compare them below.

02 · The REVL lineup
All REVL grips are made from SuperStroke’s Genesis+ rubber with the Ultra-Tac “X” texture. The difference is how firm they feel, whether they have cord, and the taper.
Our best seller
Best for: a softer feel, sore hands, or golfers who squeeze
The softest REVL. SuperStroke’s 4X Modern Taper makes the lower hand fuller, like four extra wraps of tape, to even out grip pressure.
Lowest-priced REVL
Best for: a firm, classic feel without cord
Full-rubber and all-weather, with moderate texture and feedback. A traditional taper, so it feels the most like a standard grip.
Half-cord
Best for: rain, heat or sweaty hands
ACE rubber blended with cord under the top hand for a tacky hold when it’s wet. Softer Genesis+ rubber under the bottom hand for feel.
New for 2026
Best for: Element traction with a thicker lower hand
The Element with a reduced taper: the lower hand is enlarged to feel like four extra wraps of tape. SuperStroke released it in June 2026.
What every REVL has
SuperStroke bought Lamkin in May 2024. REVL, launched in 2025, combines Lamkin’s grip-making with SuperStroke’s designs. What happened to Lamkin grips?
03 · Compare
Both are hybrid grips: cord under the top hand for traction, softer rubber under the bottom hand for feel. Both come in a reduced-taper version. The biggest difference is the price.

04 · Pick your size
Start with your glove size, then adjust for feel. A bigger grip can quiet your hands. A smaller one can make it easier to release the club.
A starting point. If you’re between sizes, go by how you like the grip to feel.

★★★★★
Bought a set of 13 Revl Comfort midsize wraps in white. They look great and are just the right amount of tacky for me. No problems putting them on my clubs either. Very satisfied with this purchase.
★★★★★
Still getting used to them but so far I like them. Soft and comfortable. Tacky but not overly so. The reverse taper is a different feel, I still want to grip down tighter bit that'll just take time to get used to.
★★★★★
They are just as good as the last lamkin grips that came out before super stroke bought them and just as good a golf pride MCC grips. Just want more colors in the future, will definitely buy again
★★★★★
Ordered this grip on my new what and it's an awesome grip. My sweat didn't make it slick and it's got good cushion
★★★★★
