RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)
There are no restocking fees. However the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($7.5 for small/lite packages, $13 for standard size packages, $15 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the returned items are not in new and unused condition, we reserve the right to dispose of them or return them to you at your expense. You may purchase return shipping if you would like the items sent back.

Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.
We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.
Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept any international returns at this time.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
- If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.
Refused or Unpaid Shipments
- If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
- In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
- Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
- If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.
By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
REFUNDS
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)
1) Access your order history, and request a return here
2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.
3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.
4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?
If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.
CANCELATION REQUESTS
While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled
If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Grips4less are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The JumboMax JMX Zen Lite X-Large is JumboMax's rubber grip: 3/8" over standard, the firmest feel in the lineup, and a surface that holds up when it's wet or humid. It weighs 70 g, light for a grip this size. It's sized for men's XX-Large or XXX-Large gloves, fits a standard .600" butt, and it's black.

Who It's For
Good fit if you...

How It Plays
Rubber you can trust in bad weather. This is JumboMax's rubber-surface grip, and it's the one that keeps its bite when your hands are wet or the air is sticky. If your summer rounds end with a slippery grip, this is the fix.
Firm and solid. It's the firmest grip JumboMax makes. You feel the club and the strike clearly, with no mushy give. At 1.13" mid and 1.43" at the butt, it still fills your hands like an oversize grip should.
Light for its size. At 70 g it weighs a lot less than the Tour Series or Comfort Wrap in the same size, so the head feel changes a lot less than it would with a heavier oversize grip.
Plan for the weight change. Our rule of thumb at the bench: 5 g of grip weight is about 1 swingweight point. Most standard rubber grips run around 50 g, so going to the 70 g Zen Lite X-Large takes roughly 4 points off. A driver that read D2 will land somewhere around C8. Coming off a 123 g Tour Series X-Large is a different story: that's 53 g out of the handle, so the head will feel about 10 points heavier. One more thing: this grip is already 3/8" over standard, so install it on a single layer of double-sided tape. No build-up wraps.
