  • Do these shafts need to be tipped and butt trimmed or are these ready to install?

    The Tour AD Utility / Driving iron shafts are discrete length that are pre-tipped. They do not require any more tip trimming, but may require butt trimming to acheive final desired playing length.

  • Hi, is this shaft designed for use in a hybrid club?

    It's for any iron or hybrid club that has a 0.355" hosel tip diameter.

GD Tour AD 85 driving iron shaft

Recently switched out the steel shaft in my TM driving iron to the Graphite Design Tour AD 85. Was concerned that the lower weight would be difficult to get used to. No problem. The Tour AD is very stable and smooth. I also get a little higher launch which gave me more carry distance and stopping power on the greens. I would highly recommend this shaft.
