Will this shaft fit your irons?

Check before you buy. Takes about 20 seconds.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Nippon N.S. Pro Modus3 Tour 125 is a tour-weight steel iron shaft with what Nippon calls a traditional bend profile: traditional feel, mid spin and mid flight. This listing is the 0.355" taper-tip version, sold one shaft per iron (2-iron to wedge) in R, S and X from 127.5 to 129.5 g.

Before you order: each shaft is made for one iron, so order one per club. See How Nippon Shaft Lengths Work.

Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Want a heavy steel shaft, close to 130 g, with a classic feel
  • Want a mid flight and mid spin rather than a high or very low ball
  • Want a shaft Nippon positions for all skill levels
  • Have irons with a 0.355" taper-tip hosel and want a shaft made for each iron

Not the right fit if you...

How It Plays

Traditional bend profile. Nippon describes the Tour 125 as traditional feel, mid spin and mid flight, aimed at straighter shots, a stronger trajectory and more consistent results.

Multi Heat Treatment. Nippon uses its own MHT process on the Tour 125. Nippon reports that it is the most-played Modus3 on the Japan Golf Tour.

Three flexes. R weighs 127.5 g, S 128.5 g and X 129.5 g. Torque runs from 1.7° (R) to 1.4° (X), and Nippon lists the kick point toward the grip.

Will It Fit Your Irons?

This shaft is for irons with a 0.355" taper-tip hosel. Order one shaft for each iron you are reshafting and pick the iron number in the dropdown: Nippon makes each taper shaft for a specific iron, so a 7-iron shaft is not meant to go in your 5-iron.
