WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Mitsubishi Diamana Putter Shaft brings the Diamana feel to your putter. It is a graphite shaft, 36" uncut, in two weights: the P105 at 120 g (0.355" or 0.370" tip) and the P135 at 138 g in a softer 1.0 or firmer 2.0 flex (0.355" tip). Mitsubishi says it gives a smooth, responsive feel and a truer roll, and helps speed control and start line.

Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Like the feel of a Diamana shaft in your woods and want it in your putter
  • Want a graphite putter shaft with a low torque rating
  • Want to choose between a lighter (120 g) and heavier (138 g) shaft
  • Want a choice of flex: the P135 comes in 1.0 (softer) and 2.0 (firmer)

Not the right fit if you...

  • Want a steel putter shaft: look at the KBS CT Tour
  • Have a putter where the shaft fits over the outside of the hosel
  • Need the P135 with a 0.370" tip: Mitsubishi lists the P135 in 0.355" only
  • Need a bent shaft: check your putter head before ordering

How It Feels

Smooth Diamana feel. Mitsubishi builds the shaft from 24-ton and high-strength intermediate modulus carbon fiber, with full-length plies inside for a smooth bend profile and better feedback, and a low resin content to keep the carbon content high.

Low torque. The outer layer is a visible 6K carbon weave laid on a bias, which Mitsubishi says lowers torque. The 1.0 and 2.0 flexes let you pick a softer or firmer shaft, and Mitsubishi says both help speed control and start line on the greens.
