Grips that allow me to play

Lots of weightlifting made my hands and wrists sore...These grips allow me to hold on to the club and play regularly. I may never win the PGA Tour, but I can playyyyy!

Grip Difficult to Put on Club

The core size of this grip was too small to put on my golf club without tearing. The grip is floppy and has little structural integrity so sliding it on a well lubricated shaft is difficult. Also, the white lines on the grip came off when some solvent came in contact with them. I wouldn't recommend this grip. The other grips I ordered from Grips4Less went on easily but not this training grip. Shipping was quick.

Fantastic Training Tool!!

I am a golf instructor and I don’t really believe in a lot of gimmicky Swing aids, but the Lamkin tracing grips are one I swear by.
The only drawback is that they don’t make and undersize or junior in left hand. Trying to get them to fix that situation.

Questions & Answers

Ask a Question
  • I bought the Lamkin Training Standard Grip which arrived today. No instructions for installing it. I know how to install grips but there doesn't seem to be a reference point on the grip to line up with the leading edge of the club. Also no tape for installation. Wish I had known that ahead of time. However, my main problem right now is how to align the grip on the club correctly?

For the Lamkin Training Grips, there is a white upside down V shape on the bottom hand of the training grip. The point on this V is basically the spot that you want to use to line this grip up to the clubface. This point should be lined up parallel to the leading edge of the clubface.
