RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

There are no restocking fees. However the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($7.5 for small/lite packages, $13 for standard size packages, $15 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the returned items are not in new and unused condition, we reserve the right to dispose of them or return them to you at your expense. You may purchase return shipping if you would like the items sent back.

Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.

We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.

Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

We do not accept any international returns at this time.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.

Refused or Unpaid Shipments

If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.

By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

REFUNDS

Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)

1) Access your order history, and request a return here

2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.

3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.

4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.

DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?

If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.

CANCELATION REQUESTS

While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled

If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Grips4less are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The KBS Tour V-X is a low-launch, low-spin steel iron shaft built for one thing above all: stability. KBS engineered it with a strength-to-weight ratio up to about 20% higher than their other steel iron shafts, so it stays straighter through the swing and moves less at impact. The result is a truer ball flight, tighter dispersion, and better distance control for stronger players who still want that smooth KBS feel. Available from 105g to 130g with half-flex options (R+ and S+), in both .355" taper tip and .370" parallel tip.

How It Plays

The V-X uses a firm butt, responsive mid, and stable tip. The firm butt keeps things steady for players who load the shaft hard from the top. The responsive midsection is where the KBS feel comes from, so it doesn't feel dead or harsh. The stable tip keeps the clubface from moving around at impact, which is where the lower spin and tighter dispersion come from.

What makes the V-X different from other low-spin steel is how much stiffness KBS packed in for the weight. Because the shaft bends less through the swing, the ball flight is more about your swing and less about the shaft kicking or wobbling. KBS describes the flight as "true," and that's the best way to think about it: what you swing is what you get.

What's the difference between the Tour V-X and the Tour V-X Lite?

Same V-X design (firm butt, responsive mid, stable tip), two weight platforms. The V-X Lite runs 90g to 102g and brings V-X stability to lightweight steel for players who want speed without giving up control. The Tour V-X runs 105g to 130g for players who want more mass and a more traditional steel feel. If you like the V-X Lite but want more weight in your hands, step up to the V-X.

Tour V-X vs C-Taper: which one should I play?

Both are low-launch, low-spin shafts for stronger players. The C-Taper is the classic KBS pick for the lowest, most piercing flight, and it's known for its stiff tip. The V-X gets its control from overall stability, with a more responsive midsection that keeps a bit more feel. It also starts lighter (105g vs 110g). If you love the C-Taper flight but want something that feels a little smoother, the V-X is worth a look.

Is the Tour V-X the same as the Tour-V?

No. The Tour-V is an older, lighter version of the KBS Tour with a mid launch and reduced spin. The Tour V-X is an all-new design built around a much higher strength-to-weight ratio, with a lower launch and a wider range of weights and flexes, including R+ and S+.

What do the R+ and S+ flexes mean?

They're half-flex steps between the standard flexes. R+ sits between Regular and Stiff, and S+ sits between Stiff and X-Stiff. They're great for players who find Stiff a little too firm or Regular a little too soft.

Should I get the taper tip or parallel tip?

It depends on your iron heads. Most modern OEM irons use a .355" taper tip. Parallel tip (.370") is common in component and some forged heads. If you're not sure, check your current shafts or send us your iron model and we'll let you know.

Can I use the Tour V-X in my wedges?

Yes. KBS makes the V-X for 3-iron through PW and SW, so you can run it through your set for a consistent feel. If you want more spin and height from your scoring clubs, a dedicated wedge shaft like the KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 is also an option.
