WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Graphite Design Tour AD IZ Hybrid changes profile with weight. The 65 and 75 g builds have a medium handle with a firm mid and tip, and the 85 and 95 g builds go firm, firm and stiff for a lower, lower-spinning flight. We build it in 65 to 95 series, R2 to X flex. It arrives assembled with your choice of hybrid adapter and grip, ready to attach to your hybrid head.

How It Plays
Graphite Design splits the IZ Hybrid into two profiles. The 65 and 75 g builds are medium in the butt, firm in the mid and firm in the tip. The 85 and 95 g builds are firm, firm and stiff.
Launch and spin follow the weight in Graphite Design's spec table. The 65 g builds and the 75 R are rated mid/high launch and mid spin, the 75 S and 85 R mid launch, and the 85 S and everything heavier low/mid launch with low spin.
Torque runs from 3.5 degrees on the 65 series to 2.1 on the 95 series.

How does the Tour AD IZ Hybrid actually compare in feel to something like Fujikura Ventus
Great question.
The Tour AD IZ Hybrid still has that classic Graphite Design smooth feel, but it’s more controlled than “kicky.” You’ll feel it load, just without that big snap; more of a smooth, connected release. Compared to Ventus, it’s less one-piece and rigid, but still very stable through impact thanks to the firm tip. On flight, the mid to mid-high launch makes it pretty playable for a wide range of swing speeds; it helps get the ball up without ballooning. Stronger players will benefit most from the tighter dispersion, but it’s not so stout that smoother swings can’t use it.
Overall, it sits right in the middle; smooth but stable, not loose or boardy.

The Tour AD IZ Hybrid has a smooth, responsive feel with a firm tip, so it feels a bit more “kicky” than Ventus but still stable through impact. It is also designed for mid to mid-high launch with controlled spin to help get the ball up without "ballooning." For best results, you can match your current weight and length to keep your timing and distance gaps consistent.
