REVL Comfort, Player or Element?

All REVL grips are made from SuperStroke’s Genesis+ rubber with the Ultra-Tac “X” texture. The difference is how firm they feel, whether they have cord, and the taper.

What every REVL has

What Makes REVL Grips Different?

SuperStroke bought Lamkin in May 2024. REVL, launched in 2025, combines Lamkin’s grip-making with SuperStroke’s designs. What happened to Lamkin grips?

Genesis+ rubber
SuperStroke’s premium rubber compound, made to stay tacky over time and resist wear.
Ultra-Tac texture
An “X” pattern scored into the grip adds contact points, with small dashes for stability.
Built for cold weather
UV and ozone resistant, and designed to stay soft and pliable in the cold.
The Lamkin 100 badge
Each REVL carries a “Lamkin 100” stamp, a nod to the century of Lamkin grip-making behind the line.

What Golfers Say About REVL Grips

Reviews from verified buyers on Grips4Less, shown as they wrote them.

Love these midsize wraps

Bought a set of 13 Revl Comfort midsize wraps in white. They look great and are just the right amount of tacky for me. No problems putting them on my clubs either. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Tony Verified buyer · REVL Comfort Midsize

So far so good

Still getting used to them but so far I like them. Soft and comfortable. Tacky but not overly so. The reverse taper is a different feel, I still want to grip down tighter bit that'll just take time to get used to.

Jason Gross Verified buyer · REVL Comfort Midsize

Pretty good

They are just as good as the last lamkin grips that came out before super stroke bought them and just as good a golf pride MCC grips. Just want more colors in the future, will definitely buy again

Sean B Verified buyer · REVL Player Midsize

Awesome grip

Ordered this grip on my new what and it's an awesome grip. My sweat didn't make it slick and it's got good cushion

Mario Luna Verified buyer · REVL Element Midsize

Easy Order

Fast & efficient order process. Grips are on, look great & feel great.

Scott O Verified buyer · REVL Player Midsize

Shipping was fast and I got exactly what I ordered. Love the grips and the texture.

SuperStroke REVL Grip Questions

Still deciding? Text or email us and we’ll help you choose.

What's the difference between REVL Comfort, Player and Element?

The Comfort is the softest, with a fuller lower hand (4X Modern Taper). The Player is firm, full rubber with a traditional taper. The Element has cord under the top hand for wet-weather traction and softer rubber under the bottom hand. See Comfort, Player or Element.

Are SuperStroke REVL grips tapered?

The REVL Player and REVL Element have a traditional taper. The REVL Comfort and REVL Element 4X have a reduced taper: the lower hand is fuller, like four extra wraps of tape.

Is REVL Element better than Golf Pride MCC?

They’re built the same way: cord under the top hand and softer rubber under the bottom hand, and both have a reduced-taper version (REVL Element 4X and MCC Plus4). Feel is personal, so try the one you like in your hands. The REVL Element costs less per grip. See REVL Element vs Golf Pride MCC.

Did SuperStroke buy Lamkin?

Yes. SuperStroke bought Lamkin in May 2024. The REVL line, launched in 2025, combines Lamkin’s grip-making with SuperStroke’s designs, and each REVL grip carries a “Lamkin 100” badge. Looking for a Lamkin grip you used to play? See what happened to Lamkin grips.
