RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)

There are no restocking fees. However the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($7.5 for small/lite packages, $13 for standard size packages, $15 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the returned items are not in new and unused condition, we reserve the right to dispose of them or return them to you at your expense. You may purchase return shipping if you would like the items sent back.

Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.

We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.

Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not accept any international returns at this time.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.

Refused or Unpaid Shipments

If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.

By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

REFUNDS

Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)

1) Access your order history, and request a return here

2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.

3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.

4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.

DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?

If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.

CANCELATION REQUESTS

While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled

If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Grips4less are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

The KBS Tour V-X Lite brings V-X stability to lightweight steel. It's built for players with real clubhead speed who want a lighter iron shaft without the loose, whippy feel that usually comes with it. KBS says the V-X Lite is over one full flex stiffer than any other shaft in its weight category, which means a flatter, more piercing flight and tighter dispersion than you'd expect from a lightweight shaft. Available in R, S, and X in .355" taper tip, plus R/S and X in .370" parallel tip.

How It Plays

Most lightweight steel shafts trade stability for weight. Take the mass out and the shaft gets softer and moves around more, which is why lightweight irons can feel loose for players with a quicker move. The V-X Lite was designed to fix that. KBS rates it over one full flex stiffer than anything else in its category, so it plays much more like a heavier players' shaft than its weight suggests.

It shares the same V-X design as the heavier Tour V-X: a firm butt, responsive mid, and stable tip. The firm butt keeps things steady through transition, the midsection gives you that signature KBS feel, and the stable tip keeps the face from moving around at impact. That's where the flatter flight and tighter dispersion come from.

KBS says the V-X family has a strength-to-weight ratio up to about 20% higher than their other steel iron shafts. In plain terms: lighter to swing, but it still holds its line. It's a players' model shaft, so expect a firm, stable feel rather than a soft, kicky one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Tour V-X Lite and the Tour V-X?

Same V-X design, two weight platforms. The V-X Lite runs 90g to 102g for players who want a lighter shaft without losing control. The Tour V-X runs 105g to 130g with half flexes (R+ and S+) for players who want more mass and a heavier, traditional steel feel. If the V-X Lite feels too light in your hands, the Tour V-X is the natural next step.

Is the V-X Lite too stiff for a lightweight shaft?

It's stiffer than most lightweight shafts on purpose. That's the whole idea. If you have decent speed and a quicker transition, the extra stiffness is what keeps it from feeling loose. If you have a slower, smoother swing and want help getting the ball up, a Tour Lite or C-Taper Lite is usually a better fit.

V-X Lite vs $-Taper Lite: which one should I play?

They're close in weight but play differently. The $-Taper Lite is built for tour feel and shot shaping with a mid-high flight. The V-X Lite is built for stability and a flatter, more piercing flight. If you like to work the ball and want a bit more height, go $-Taper Lite. If you want the straightest, most controlled flight you can get in a light shaft, go V-X Lite.

What does the R/S flex mean?

R/S is a combination flex offered in the .370" parallel tip version. Parallel tip shafts are trimmed from the tip to fit each club, and how much is trimmed changes how firm the shaft plays. If you're not sure whether R/S is right for your build, send us your iron model and swing info and we'll help you sort it out.

Should I get the taper tip or parallel tip?

It depends on your iron heads. Most modern OEM irons use a .355" taper tip. Parallel tip (.370") is common in component and some forged heads. If you're not sure, check your current shafts or send us your iron model and we'll let you know.

Can I get a 3-iron in Regular or Stiff?

Not in the V-X Lite. The 3-iron is only offered in X-Stiff. Regular, Stiff, and R/S start at the 4-iron. If you need a 3-iron in a softer flex, the Tour V-X offers 3-iron in every flex.
