WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Spinner is a steel wedge shaft built for spin. True Temper (which calls it the Dynamic Gold Spinner) gives it a longer, more active tip section and less weight than Dynamic Gold S400, for more stopping power on the green. Our figures list it at 128 g, low launch and mid spin, for a moderate tempo. It is sold as one 37.5" wedge shaft with a 0.355" taper tip.

Before you order: this is one 37.5" shaft for one wedge, so order one per wedge you are reshafting. Trim it at the butt only. See How Tapered (0.355") Tip Shaft Lengths Work.

Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Want more spin and stopping power from your wedges
  • Want a low flight with mid spin
  • Play Dynamic Gold in your irons and want a wedge shaft from the same family
  • Have wedges with a 0.355" taper-tip hosel

Not the right fit if you...

How It Plays

A tour trick, built in. Tour players have long used a longer wedge shaft to add spin: the extra length makes the tip more flexible and the shaft lighter. True Temper built the Spinner around that idea.

Longer, more active tip. True Temper says the Spinner is about 5% lighter than Dynamic Gold S400, with a longer, more active tip section to add spin.

Low and spinning. Our figures list it at 128 g, with a low launch and mid spin, for players with a moderate tempo. It comes as one 37.5" shaft with a 0.600" butt.

Will It Fit Your Wedges?

This shaft is for wedges with a 0.355" taper-tip hosel. It comes as one 37.5" wedge shaft, so order one for each wedge you are reshafting. Our guidance: trim from the butt only to reach playing length, and do not tip trim, so the longer tip section stays as built.
