Will these work with Callaway Paradym irons?
The Paradym irons require a 0.370" tip shaft. You could use the the Tour Issue shaft (0.355"), but would need a shim to convert them:

And also will these fit in the t100s irons
based on quick google search the T100 should be .355 tapered which matches these shafts. However, we always recomend checking with the manufacture on the tip size to be 100% sure.

yes, the standard length wil have more thn 1/2" for you.

Would these fit my 0211 PXG Irons?
Yes, PXG irons can take either 0.355" or 0.370" tip shafts. With 0.355" they may require a shim.
