I need shafts that are 1.5" longer than standard. Can I get that for these or do you only sell specific lengths for each iron?
For most iron heads, if you start with the tapered discrete length shafts, you'll still need to trim 1/2" to 1" to make them "standard". Depending on which club head the shaft will be installed with, you may just need an extension to get them to +1.5". If you're working with a club-builder they should be able to tell you if need an extension or not based on the discrete (starting) length of of the shaft.
Here's an article we wrote about iron shafts and why they usually need some amount of trimming: https://www.grips4less.com/blogs/grips4less-blog/do-i-need-to-trim-my-shafts -
What is the torque of the DG 105 R .355 tip
All steel shafts will have lower torque typically around 1.8-2.5 degrees.. DG105 is in the 2.0 area -
How to choose between r 300 or s 300. I've been tested and suggestion was for r r 300 . Found a set of clubs I like but had s 300. Close enough ?
The different flexes have more to do with your swing frequency - so we wouldn't recommend going with another frequency, unless you have a club-fitter that can properly trim the shaft to acheive the desired shaft frequency to match your swing. For years there have been trade-offs when producing a lightweight steel shaft featuring tour-level performance. With Dynamic Gold 105, these compromises are no more. By creating a tour-caliber shaft in a premier lightweight design, the new Dynamic Gold 105 provides players with the exact same feel as Dynamic Gold in a mid-low launch and spin shaft that is engineered to be easier to swing. This allows for the control and accuracy expected from the Dynamic Gold brand while adding distance due to increased clubhead speed.
