INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not accept any international returns at this time.

At Grips4less, we strive to provide a smooth international shopping experience. To ensure clarity regarding shipping, duties, and returns, please review our policy below:

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
  • If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.

Refused or Unpaid Shipments

  • If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
  • In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
  • Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
  • If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.

By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Golf Pride Zero Taper is a parallel putter grip: it has no taper from top to bottom, so both hands get the same feel. A flat front paddle on the parallel body gives it a horseshoe-style shape that Golf Pride says improves clubface awareness. The surface is soft and tacky with a dimple pattern. Choose Medium (66 g) or Large (73 g), both on a 58 Round core.

Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Want the same grip width in your top and bottom hands
  • Want a flat front paddle to help you sense where the face is aimed
  • Prefer a softer, tackier feel with a dimpled surface
  • Want a choice of two sizes: medium or large

Not the right fit if you...

  • Want a grip that's slimmer in the top hand and wider in the bottom: see the Reverse Taper Pistol
  • Want a firm putter grip with lots of feedback: look at the PRO Only
  • Need a swing grip: the Zero Taper is for putters only

How It Feels

Parallel Design. With no taper anywhere along the grip, your top and bottom hands feel the same size during the stroke. Golf Pride built it for golfers who want consistent feel on every putt length.

Horseshoe Shape. A flat front paddle on the parallel body gives the grip a horseshoe-like cross-section, which Golf Pride says sharpens your sense of where the clubface points.

Soft, Tacky Dimples. Golf Pride uses a softer, tackier surface with a uniform dimple pattern for traction in all conditions.
