🚫 No Returns or Refunds on Assembled Shafts
Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.
We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.
Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept any international returns at this time.
At Grips4less, we strive to provide a smooth international shopping experience. To ensure clarity regarding shipping, duties, and returns, please review our policy below:
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
- If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.
Refused or Unpaid Shipments
- If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
- In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
- Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
- If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.
By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Iomic iX 2.3 is Iomic's take on a cord grip, without the cord. A pattern of crosses and pebbled grain runs top to bottom, and a Low Torque Control plug in the end cap helps keep the grip from twisting. The result is firm and grabby in your hands. It weighs 50 g on an M60 core, has a 1.5 torque rating, and comes in black, red or blue.
Not sure of your size? Measure from the crease of your wrist to the tip of your middle finger, then check our grip size guide.
Who It's For
Good fit if you...
- Like a firm grip with real texture under your fingers
- Want cord-style traction but find cotton cord too rough on your hands
- Want one of the lowest torque ratings in the Iomic lineup
- Play a standard size and want to keep grip weight at 50 g
Not the right fit if you...
- Want texture only in the top hand and a softer feel below. Grab the iXx 2.3.
- Prefer soft and tacky over firm. That's the Sticky 2.3.
- Need a midsize. The Sticky Mid 4.4 is the one to look at.
- Want real cotton cord. Look at the Golf Pride MCC Plus4 Standard.
How It Plays
Firm, with edges you can feel. The crosses and pebbled grain give your fingers something to dig into. It's tacky and rough at the same time, which is why golfers who like cord-hybrid grips tend to take to it quickly.
Built to stay put. The end-cap plug and firmer feel work together to cut twist. At 1.5, it rates well below the Sticky 2.3 (2.7), so it's a good pick if you feel the club turning in your hands on mishits.
Cord-like, all the way down. Unlike the iXx, which switches to a softer texture in the lower hand, the iX keeps the same pattern from cap to tip. Both hands get the same firm feel.
Mixing grips in one bag? The iX, Sticky 2.3 and X-Evolution are all 50 g on the same M60 core. So you can put the firmer iX on your irons and driver and run a softer Sticky on your wedges without changing swingweight from club to club. If you're coming off a soft rubber grip, give the iX a range session before you judge it. Firm takes a few swings to get used to.
