WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Alpha Tour Lite is a filament-wound graphite iron shaft from Alpha Golf, built with a high damping core for a smooth feel at impact. Alpha rates every flex mid launch. It is a 41" shaft with a 0.370" parallel tip, sold in X, S, R, A and L flex from 68 to 76 g.

Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Want a graphite iron shaft built for a smooth feel at impact
  • Want a mid launch from a 68 to 76 g shaft
  • Want a wide choice of flexes, from L up to X
  • Have irons with a 0.370" parallel-tip hosel

Not the right fit if you...

  • Have irons with a 0.355" taper tip: this shaft is 0.370" parallel only
  • Want lower torque in a similar weight: the Alpha Platinum 60 series is 2.9 to 3.1°
  • Want steel feel and weight: browse our iron shafts
  • Are not sure which tip your irons take: take the Iron Shaft Finder Quiz first

How It Plays

Smooth at impact. Alpha builds a high damping ratio into the core of the Tour Lite, along with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio for lighter weights.

Even construction. The Tour Lite is filament wound, with a uniform wall thickness through every section and CNC-machined fiber angles, which Alpha says keeps the fiber symmetric for accuracy and durability.

Mid launch in every flex. Alpha rates every Tour Lite flex mid launch. Weight runs from 68 g (L) to 76 g (X), with 3.3° torque in X to A and 3.5° in L.
