WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Grafalloy ProLaunch Blue Iron is a light graphite iron shaft built for a high launch and more carry. We sell it in three series: the 50 series (A-flex, 58 g), the 60 series (R-flex, 63 g) and the 80 series (A, R or S, 80 to 82 g). Each is one length with a 0.370" parallel tip that you trim for each iron.

Before you order: each shaft is one 40.5" or 41" length that gets tip- and butt-trimmed for the iron it goes in. Order one per club, or let our Retrofit Service cut and install them.

Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Want a light graphite iron shaft, 58 to 82 g
  • Want a higher launch and more carry from your irons
  • Play a senior (A), regular or stiff flex
  • Have irons with a 0.370" parallel-tip hosel

Not the right fit if you...

  • Want a combination flex for club building: the Grafalloy ProCustom comes in A/L and R/S

  • Want a steel shaft: browse our iron shafts
  • Have irons with a 0.355" taper tip: this shaft is 0.370" only

How It Plays

Built for launch. The ProLaunch Blue Iron pairs a responsive tip with light graphite to get the ball up higher and carry it further.

Three weights. The 50 series is 58 g and the 60 series 63 g, both with 5.0 torque; the 80 series runs 80 to 82 g with 3.0 torque, for a firmer, steadier feel.

Trimmed to fit. The 50 and 60 series come 40.5" long and the 80 series 41", each with a 0.370" parallel tip that is trimmed for the iron it goes in.
