WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The KBS PGH (Players Graphite Hybrid) is a lightweight graphite hybrid shaft built to make hybrids easier to launch and easier to hit. Based on the KBS PGI Players Graphite Iron platform, it's lighter than the KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype and has a lower center of gravity, so the club feels easier to swing and square up. It comes in seven weights from 45g to 105g, each paired with its own flex, so there's a PGH for everyone from juniors and seniors all the way up to strong players. .370" parallel tip.

How It Plays
The PGH is built for easier launch and better playability. KBS took the Players Graphite Iron (PGI) platform and adapted it for hybrids, dropping the weight compared to the Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype and adding a lower CG. That lower balance point helps the club feel easier to swing and helps get the ball up without having to help it.
KBS uses a graphite wrap construction on the PGH that's designed to cut down on variables for more consistent shots. The goal, according to KBS, is to give you the tight tolerances and dispersion KBS Tour steel is known for, but in a lighter shaft that's easier to swing.
One thing that makes the PGH different: each weight comes with its own flex. Instead of picking weight and flex separately, you pick the one that matches your speed. The 45g Lite and 55g A are there for slower swings, the 65g to 85g models cover most players, and the 95g S+ and 105g X are for stronger players who still want the easier-launching PGH profile.
