RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)
There are no restocking fees. However the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($7.5 for small/lite packages, $13 for standard size packages, $15 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the returned items are not in new and unused condition, we reserve the right to dispose of them or return them to you at your expense. You may purchase return shipping if you would like the items sent back.

Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.
We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.
Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept any international returns at this time.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
- If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.
Refused or Unpaid Shipments
- If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
- In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
- Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
- If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.
By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
REFUNDS
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)
1) Access your order history, and request a return here
2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.
3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.
4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?
If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.
CANCELATION REQUESTS
While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled
If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Grips4less are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Golf Pride Z-Grip ALIGN Cord Midsize (Golf Pride lists it as the ZGRIP Cord ALIGN) is the firmest grip in the lineup with a raised ridge down the back. Cotton cord runs through the whole grip in rubber that barely gives, a deep Z pattern covers the surface, and the ridge lands your hands in the same spot on every club. It fits hands 7.6" to 9" (men's L or XL glove), weighs 59 g, and comes in black with red ridge.

Who It's For
Good fit if you...

- Catch yourself setting up with a slightly different grip from club to club. The ridge fixes that.

- Play in heat, humidity or rain. Cord in both hands keeps its bite when your glove gets damp.
Not the right fit if you...
- Have hands under 7.6". Grab the Z-Grip ALIGN Cord Standard instead.
- Want a taller, longer ridge. The ALIGN Max Z-Grip Midsize is the maxed-out version.
- Like to rotate the grip to set a stronger or weaker hand position. That's the round Z-Grip Cord Midsize.
- Have sore hands or want some cushion. The MCC ALIGN Midsize puts rubber in the lower hand with the same ridge.
- Want a ridge without cord. Try the Tour Velvet ALIGN Midsize.
How It Plays
You feel the ridge, then you forget it. The raised spine sits under the fingers of both hands. The first few swings you'll notice it; after that it just becomes the thing that tells you the face is square before you look down.
Firmest grip Golf Pride makes. Cord runs the full length, top hand and bottom, in rubber that barely gives. You feel exactly where the ball met the face. Thin shots sting a little; flush ones feel great.
Z pattern for traction. Deep Z shapes cut into the surface give your fingers edges to hold and move water off the grip when it's wet. Golfers in humid climates end up on this grip because it feels the same in July as in April.
Install tip for the ridge. An ALIGN grip only works if the ridge runs straight down the back of the shaft, square to the face, and matches on every club. Sit the club at address and sight down the ridge before the solvent flashes off. If you're doing a set at home, mark the back of each shaft with a paint pen first. Once it cures, there's no twisting it back. At 59 g it's 1.5 g over the round Z-Grip Cord Midsize, so swingweight barely moves. Coming from the standard (50.5 g), the head feels about 1.5 points lighter.
