RETURN COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE (NON-ASSEMBLED ITEMS)
There are no restocking fees. However the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund ($7.5 for small/lite packages, $13 for standard size packages, $15 for non-standard size packages such as golf shafts), if you decide to use the label provided by us. If you purchase a label yourself from a local carrier office (ie. USPS, UPS, Fedex), then there will be no deductions from your refund. If the returned items are not in new and unused condition, we reserve the right to dispose of them or return them to you at your expense. You may purchase return shipping if you would like the items sent back.

Please note that all assembled shaft orders are final. Due to the custom nature of this process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any assembled shafts. Each order is built to your specifications, and once assembly begins, we are unable to restock or resell the components.
We encourage you to double-check all specs (flex, length, grip, adapter, etc.) before placing your order. If you need help confirming details, our team is happy to assist before you check out.
Returns can be made on non-personalized items and non-assembled items within the US, 60 days after you've received the original order. Items are only accepted on unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept any international returns at this time.
At Grips4less, we strive to provide a smooth international shopping experience. To ensure clarity regarding shipping, duties, and returns, please review our policy below:
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are determined by local customs authorities.
- If duties and taxes are not paid upon delivery, the carrier may be unable to complete the shipment and may return the package to us.
Refused or Unpaid Shipments
- If an international order is refused or the required duties/taxes remain unpaid, the carrier may return the package to us.
- In such cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping fees.
- Refunds for returned shipments will be issued minus all incurred shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Once an international order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other carrier-related issues.
- If a package is significantly delayed, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office or the carrier for more information.
By placing an international order (any order shipped outside the US), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
REFUNDS
Refunds are normally processed back to the original account (ie. credit card or PayPal). If you prefer store credit, please include this note of the refund request.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN (ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW & UNUSED CONDITION)
1) Access your order history, and request a return here
2) Your return request will be responded to within 1 business day (not including Sat/Sun/holidays). If the request is approved, we will e-mail you a return label.
3) Package up the original order and drop off the package at your local carrier.
4) After 1-2 weeks after receiving the return order, we will process and issue your refund (original paid price of items returned minus cost of return shipping) to the original payment account.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?
If there was an issue with your order (the wrong was delivered, or the product arrived damage due to carrier neglect), we will ask you to send us some pictures. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, we will provide a return label to send back the items. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will resend your order with the correct items. We cannot ship out a replacement order until the original items are received back. For damanged items, we will open a claim with the carrier, and once the claim is approved, we will send the replacement item.
CANCELATION REQUESTS
While we do our best to process cancelation requests, our shipping team works fast, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled
If we are able to cancel the order for you, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Grips4less are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Project X describes it as lighter weights, more moderate torques and a player-friendly bend profile for a wide range of golfers. This is the uncut shaft: 0.335" tip, 3.0" parallel tip, in 7 options from Red CB 40 4.0 (47 g, white finish) to Red CB 60 6.0 (59 g, black finish).

How It Plays
Counterbalanced. CB stands for counter balance, meaning more of the shaft's weight sits toward the handle. Project X gives the Red CB lighter weights, more moderate torques and a player-friendly bend profile for a moderate tempo.
Mid launch, mid spin. The 50 and 60 series are rated mid launch and mid spin. The light 40 series in 4.0 flex is rated high launch and high spin for slower swings.

I need a shaft with an adapter for Tommy armour 845+ driver with stiff shaft
Hi Jim,
Yes, the Project X HZRDUS Red CB Gen 4 is available in Stiff flex and can be built for a driver.
The Tommy Armour 845+ uses a proprietary Tommy Armour adapter rather than a Callaway, TaylorMade, Ping, or other major-brand adapter. We do not currently list that adapter as a standard selection on our assembled-shaft page.
Before ordering, please send us:
- A photo of your driver head and current adapter
- Whether the club is right- or left-handed
- The desired finished playing length
We can then verify the exact adapter. If a compatible Tommy Armour adapter is available, we can source and install it. Alternatively, you may send us your existing adapter for installation on the new shaft.
Please do not select a different manufacturer’s adapter, as it will not fit the Tommy Armour head.

Hello I’m looking for A Project X HZRDUS Black Gen 5 (TX) pre-built with the Ping G430 with a ping g430 adapter installed and cut to 45” playing length with an oversized grip And A Kai'li Blue stiff/65 grams with a Callaway paradigm AI smoke max Callaway OptiFit adapter installed. Playing length 45.5” inches with an oversized grip. Just wondering what the price would be for each and together? Also is there any type of warranty with your shafts? Thanks George

As for warranty coverage, all of our shafts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a shaft experiences a warranty-related failure, we will assist you with the warranty process. Please note that damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modifications, or accidental damage is generally not covered by the manufacturer.

Does this shaft fit a Callaway Ai smoke 3 wood without having to change the hosel adaptor?

Great question! The short answer is yes, but it depends on how you order the shaft from our store.
1. If you order the "Assembled" version: When you purchase the assembled Project X HZRDUS Red CB from us, you will see a dropdown menu to select your "Adapter Tip." You should select the Callaway option. We will then install a brand-new Callaway OptiFit adapter that is 100% compatible with the Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke 3-wood. You will simply need your adjustment wrench to click the head onto the new shaft.
2. Regarding your existing adapter: If you already have a shaft with a Callaway adapter from a previous model (like the Paradym, Rogue ST, or Epic), that same adapter will fit the new Ai Smoke 3-wood head. Callaway has maintained the same "OptiFit" system for their drivers and fairway woods for several generations.
3. Technical Specs: The HZRDUS Red CB Gen 4 has a .335" tip diameter, which is the standard size for the Callaway Ai Smoke fairway wood heads.
Summary: As long as you select the "Callaway" adapter option during checkout, it will arrive ready to plug directly into your Ai Smoke 3-wood without any modifications needed!

Why does your photos show a beautiful black and red color scheme but on the order page it is an ugly white ? YUK!
The 40 series / 4.0 flex (Ladies) is the white finish. All other skus are black finish.
