WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Fujikura Ventus HB with VeloCore+ is the hybrid version of the Ventus, in three profiles: Red for a higher, mid-high launch, Blue for mid launch and Black for a low, penetrating flight. All three use VeloCore+, Fujikura's multi-material bias core, to keep the head stable and tighten dispersion. We sell the Red in 60 to 90 series, the Blue in 70 to 105 and the Black in 80 to 105. It arrives assembled with your choice of hybrid adapter and grip, ready to attach to your hybrid head.

How It Plays
Fujikura gives each Ventus HB color its own bend profile. The Red has a stiff tip, firm mid and stiff handle for more peak height and a steeper landing. The Blue has an ultra-stiff tip, stiff mid and firm handle for a mid flight with less launch and spin than the Red. The Black has an ultra-stiff tip, stiff mid and ultra-stiff handle for a lower, penetrating flight and the least flex feel.
VeloCore+ is the same technology used in the Ventus wood shafts. Its multi-material bias core stabilizes the clubhead through the swing and at impact, which Fujikura says promotes center-face contact, tighter dispersion and more ball speed. In a hybrid, that shows up as more consistent distance on long approach shots.
The heavier series lower torque and firm up the profile, so faster swingers usually move up in weight as well as flex. Fujikura rates the Red 9 at mid launch and spin, and the Blue 10 with a mid-high bend point, so the heaviest options play a touch flatter than the rest of their color.

What is the difference between the Ventus HB shaft and the Axiom hybird shaft?

What ‘adapter tip to grip’ length should I purchase if I want a standard 3 Wood?
it depends on the model of your fairway wood . However, if you have your exiting shaft you can measure it as the instruction below
INSTRUCTIONS:- Unscrew bottom screw/bolt from club head- Remove the club head from the shaft- Lay the shaft on a flat surface- Measure from the bottom of the adapter tip to the end of the grip in inchesIf you are unable to do this measurement, or do not have an existing shaft there to measure just let us know and we will find a way to help.
