Who It's For
Good fit if you...
- Want a higher flight without adding a lot of spin
- Swing about 80 to 105+ mph and want R, S or X in a 66 to 76 g shaft
- Like the Lin-Q feel with Toray M40X carbon for stability
- Play a driver or fairway wood that launches a little low
Not the right fit if you...
- Already launch the ball high: the Lin-Q M40X TSPX Black is UST's low launch, low spin option
- Want a mid flight with a touch less spin: see the Lin-Q M40X TSPX Blue
- Need a lighter build than 66 g
- Want a hybrid shaft: see the Lin-Q M40X TSPX Black Hybrid
How It Plays
Mid-high flight, mid spin. UST designs the TSPX Red for golfers who want a mid-high ball flight with mid spin. Every build we sell is rated Mid-High launch in UST's spec table.
Toray M40X carbon. UST blends its Q-fiber with Toray M40X, a high tensile modulus fiber. UST says this improves lateral stability during the swing, so more energy goes into the ball at impact.
Two weights. The 6 series runs 66 to 68 g with 4.1 torque in R, S or X. The 7 series is 76 g with 3.8 torque in S or X, for players who want a heavier, slightly firmer feel.
