WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Aldila NVS '23 Orange Hybrid is the hybrid version of the NVS Orange wood shaft. Aldila rates it high launch and mid+ spin, with a medium+ butt, medium mid and soft+ tip. We build the 85 series in R (80 g) or S (83 g), both with 2.7 torque. It arrives assembled with your choice of hybrid adapter and grip, ready to attach to your hybrid head.

How It Plays
High launch, mid+ spin. Aldila rates the NVS Orange Hybrid high launch with mid+ spin, the same higher-flight idea as the NVS Orange wood shafts.
Soft+ tip. Aldila rates the flex profile medium+ in the butt, medium in the mid and soft+ in the tip, with a mid kick point. The softer tip is what helps the ball up.
Constant taper, Micro Laminate Technology. Aldila builds it with a constant taper design and its NexGen Micro Laminate Technology, thin layers of carbon fiber meant to keep the shaft consistent.
