WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Aerotech SteelFiber HLS Hybrid combines graphite and steel in one hybrid shaft. True Temper, which now sells the SteelFiber line, rates the HLS780 and HLS880 medium trajectory and medium spin for a moderate tempo. We sell the HLS780 (75 g), HLS880 (90 g) and HLS980 (100 g) in A to X flex. It arrives assembled with your choice of hybrid adapter and grip, ready to attach to your hybrid head.

How It Plays
SteelFiber shafts use graphite and steel together. Aerotech built the hybrid version to sit between steel irons and graphite woods: the accuracy players expect from steel, with the launch and spin a hybrid needs to do its job.
True Temper rates the HLS780 and HLS880 Hybrid medium trajectory, medium spin and moderate tempo, with 3.2 torque on the HLS780 and 3.1 on the HLS880.
Choose the model by weight. The HLS780 is 75 g, the HLS880 90 g and the HLS980 100 g, all with a 0.370" tip and a 0.600" butt.
