Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Launch the ball too high or spin it too much
  • Want a stiff tip but some feel in the handle
  • Have a fast, aggressive transition
  • Want a wide choice of weights, 45 to 84 g

Not the right fit if you...

  • Need help getting the ball up: the Diamana BB is rated mid launch
  • Want a firm handle too: the Diamana WB is rated low launch with a firm butt

How It Plays

Mitsubishi rates the Diamana PD low launch and low spin, with a medium butt, firm mid and firm tip and a mid-high kick point.

It is built with Mitsubishi's XLINK Tech resin system, MR70 carbon and a boron fiber infused hybrid prepreg. Mitsubishi pitches it at players who want a lower flight and a stiffer tip without losing feel and responsiveness.

The 40 series weighs 45 to 49 g with 5.8 to 6.1 torque. Torque drops to 2.8 to 3.3 in the 60 to 80 series.
