Micro Laminate Technology in the Aldila NV iron shafts allows a slim, stable profile and uniform flex and feel impossible with typical 6- to 10-layer graphite shafts. Layering translates to feel. Fewer, thicker layers lead to a dull, boardy feel. Aldila's NV shafts use more than 20 layers of ultrathin aerospace-grade prepreg for uniform flex and stability in a golf club shaft.
