WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Graphite Design Tour AD DI is a high-launch, low-spin driver shaft made at Graphite Design's factory in Japan. It pairs a softer mid section that loads easily with a firm tip section that stays stable through impact, and Graphite Design adds Toray's NANOALLOY material to the tip. We sell it from the DI-5 to the DI-9, in R2 through TX flex. It arrives assembled with your choice of adapter and grip, ready to attach to your driver or fairway wood head.

How It Plays
Graphite Design describes the DI's bend profile as a softer mid section with a firm tip. The softer mid lets you feel the shaft load in transition, and the firm tip keeps the head from over-releasing, which is how it launches the ball high while keeping spin low.
The DI was Graphite Design's first shaft built with Toray's NANOALLOY material in the tip section, which it now calls DI Technology. Graphite Design says it adds stability in the mid-to-tip region without losing feel, so you can swing hard and still feel the head.
All flexes share a mid kick point, 0.335" tip and 3" parallel tip. The DI-5 is the lightest and most active; the DI-8 and DI-9 are heavier and lower-torque, which suits faster, stronger swings and fairway wood builds.

If I order a shaft today are you able to get it to me 2nd day air so I can have it quickly? Im looking at the graphite design DI6S for my Taylormade QI4D
If you need the shaft as quickly as possible, we may be able to accommodate a rush order, provided the Graphite Design Tour AD DI-6S is currently in stock.
For the fastest option, you would need to select rush assembly along with overnight shipping. This would allow us to prioritize the assembly and ship it as quickly as possible.
If you choose our standard assembly option, along with the regular 2-day air shipping the order will typically be shipped within 5–7 business days including the building time.
Please note that rush assembly is only available for items that are currently in stock.

I’m in the process of ordering my shaft and would like to add a comment regarding the overall length. Where can I do that? I’d like the Ping 430 driver to be exactly 45" in total.

Yes, absolutely.
When you place the order, please use the Additional Custom Build Notes section and write:
“PING G430 Driver – target finished playing length 45.0 inches.”
Since our website length selection is based on the assembled shaft length from adapter tip to grip, rather than the final club length with the head installed, I would recommend selecting approximately 44.0" adapter-tip-to-grip for a PING G430 driver and also leaving the 45.0" playing-length note for our club-building team to verify before cutting.
Because we do not have your actual driver head here, the final installed playing length can vary slightly, but we will build the shaft specifically with your 45.0" target in mind.
