Who It's For

Good fit if you...

  • Want the Diamana WB profile in a stealth black finish
  • Want a low, flat flight with less spin off the driver face
  • Swing about 81 mph or faster (Mitsubishi fits the 63 S from 81 mph and the 63 X from 91 mph)
  • Like a stable, firm mid section with a little more life in the tip

Not the right fit if you...

  • Need help getting the ball in the air: try a mid or high launch shaft such as the Kai'li Red
  • Swing under 80 mph (Mitsubishi fits the 63 S from 81 mph)
  • Want a firmer tip on a low launch profile: see the Diamana PD
  • Want the standard WB graphics: see the Diamana WB

How It Plays

Low launch, low spin. Mitsubishi gives the Black Out Edition the same low-low performance as the standard Diamana WB, so it suits players who already launch the ball high enough and want to bring spin down.

Firm+ mid section. Mitsubishi rates the profile FIRM in the butt, FIRM+ in the mid and MED+ in the tip, with a high kick point. The stiffest part of the shaft sits in the middle, which keeps it stable through the downswing.

Materials. Mitsubishi builds it with 80-ton DIALEAD pitch fiber for stability, high-modulus angle plies to reduce torque, and its Xlink Tech resin system, finished with laser engraving in black.
