Introducing Speeder NX. For the first time in eight years, the Speeder line has been completely redesigned and features a new, breakthrough technology – Variable Torque Core (VTC).

Developed through our enso® system, Speeder NX is the first Fujikura product to integrate Variable Torque in its design, utilizing premium materials to refine twisting stiffness in specific regions along the core of the shaft.

VTC in Speeder NX focuses on stiffening torque in the tip and handle sections, resulting in increased stability and consistent dynamic loft and face closure at impact.

Speeder NX is mid/high launch, mid to mid/low spin profile.

VARIABLE TORQUE CORE

A technology featured in Speeder NX that leverages premium materials and advanced layup techniques to refine twisting in the core of the shaft in the tip and handle sections.

Fujikura Shaft Profile Guide

The table below shows the stiffness profile across three sections — tip, mid, and handle — for each Fujikura shaft model. Tip stiffness most directly affects launch and spin. Handle stiffness influences feel and load during the swing.

Profile stiffness scale from softest to firmest: Soft → Medium → Firm → Stiff → Ultra-stiff. Tip stiffness most directly influences launch angle and spin rate. A stiffer tip produces lower launch and lower spin. A softer tip produces higher launch and more spin.

The 2024 Ventus Blue with VeloCore+ maintains the same mid launch / low-mid spin position as the original Ventus Blue profile. Ventus Black and TR Black sit at the lowest launch and lowest spin in the entire Fujikura lineup.
