How To Select Your Grip
1) Find Your Grip Size
Golf grip size is largely a matter of personal preference. If you're looking for a starting point, use our hand measurement chart.
We recommend installing and trying out one grip first before changing your entire set.
2) Choose a Grip Profile
Nowadays grips either have a standard tapered profile (smaller diameter for the lower hand) or a reduced taper profile. Any grip that has a "+" description means the lower hand is larger in diameter (learn more).
3) Choose the Material + Feel
Cord grips provide a rougher texture, a firmer feel, and high moisture management. Non-cord grips are usually softer and can provide a tackier feel. Hybrid grips have a combination of cord + rubber for a balanced feel.
4) Choose a Grip Type
Swing grips are used for drivers, fairway woods, irons/wedge clubs (basically any club that requires a backswing), and have a round shape. Putter grips come in a variety of different shapes and can be much larger in size too.
