Yes this is a graphite shaft.

Is the UST Mamiya recoil light shaft a lady's shaft as opposed to regular or senior?
The F1 and F0 are considered Ladies flexes, while the F2 is a Senior flex.

What is the weight of ES 440 F3 ?
The Recoil ESX 440 doesn't come in an F3 flex. However, the ESX 460 F3 is 64g.

Is this shaft available for fairway woods?

The Recoil ESX 460 F4 shaft is 67g uncut.

Is this considered a senior flex shaft and will it work for same length Cobra irons?
The "A-flex" is the Senior flex. Yes it would work for same length irons - just make sure the hosel size is the same as the shaft tip diameter (0.370").

Is it safe to convert .370 down to .355? I have the ping i525 irons and the local golf shop wouldn’t recommend doing the conversion but I see you have that as an option. Not sure why they wouldn’t do it but any guidance is much appreciated before I put trigger.
Our shafts come direct from the UST facility in Texas. They do the tip conversion there using their proprietary machines, and are covered by manufacturer warranty.
