FULL DESCRIPTION
The Mitsubishi C6 '22 Red is a high launch, high spin driver shaft built to maximize carry distance for players who consistently under-launch their driver and leave distance on the table. Despite its high launch profile, it features a firm handle section that provides more stability than most high-launch shafts — allowing players with moderate to fast swing speeds to generate a higher ball flight without sacrificing consistency through impact. A medium-plus tip section provides enough stability to keep the head from being overly active while still producing the elevated launch the profile is built around. Best suited for swing speeds between 80 and 100 mph who need more height and carry distance from their driver.
Compared to the C6 Onyx (mid-high launch, low-mid spin), the Red produces a noticeably higher, more spin-forward ball flight — making it the better fit for players who need both more height and more spin to maximize carry, rather than just suppressing the trajectory. Compared to the C6 Blue (mid-high launch, mid-high spin), the Red pushes further into the high-launch zone with more aggressive spin rates — suited for players who have tried the Blue and found it still doesn't produce enough carry height. Compared to the Grand Bassara (also high launch, high spin), the C6 Red has a firmer handle section that handles faster swing speeds more effectively, while the Grand Bassara's softer overall profile suits the slowest swing speeds.

Hi! I am looking to order a shaft (with Ping adapter) for a Ping 7-wood. Would like the club to play at standard length a for Ping 7 wood, 42". Do you know what to enter in "adapter tip to grip fairway shaft length" field?
Here are steps to measure your existing shaft for "Adapter tip to grip" length (which is what our club-builders need specified):
INSTRUCTIONS:- Unscrew bottom screw/bolt from club head- Remove the club head from the shaft- Lay the shaft on a flat surface- Measure from the bottom of the adapter tip to the end of the grip in inchesIf you are unable to do this measurement, or do not have an existing shaft there to measure just let us know and we will find a way to help.
