All Project X driver and wood shafts use a .335" parallel tip — compatible with all standard OEM adapters including TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, Cobra, Ping, Mizuno, PXG, and Wilson.

How to Use This Spec Chart

Weight refers to the raw shaft weight in grams — heavier shafts generally produce more stability and control, lighter shafts generally produce more clubhead speed. Most players fit best in the 55–70g range for driver shafts.

Torque is measured in degrees of rotational twist under load. Lower torque means the shaft resists twisting at impact — producing tighter dispersion. Higher torque means more feel and forgiveness but less resistance to face rotation. Most tour-level shafts run 2.5°–4.0° torque.

Tip Diameter determines adapter compatibility. All Project X driver and wood shafts use the industry-standard .335" parallel tip — fitting every major OEM adapter including TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, Cobra, Ping, Mizuno, PXG, and Wilson.

Kick Point describes where the shaft flexes during the swing — High kick point loads near the handle and produces lower launch. Low kick point activates near the tip and produces higher launch. Mid kick point is the most versatile.

Not sure which flex to order? See the Project X Flex Code Guide — Project X uses a numbered flex system (5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5) that works differently from standard R/S/X labels.
