FULL DESCRIPTION
The TENSEI 1K Pro Orange is a low launch, low spin driver shaft built on Mitsubishi's premium 1K single-ply carbon fiber construction — engineered specifically for fast-tempo, aggressive players who want to suppress ball flight while still feeling the shaft load and snap through impact. What makes the Pro Orange distinctive within the TENSEI Pro lineup is its ultra-firm mid section — the stiffest mid profile of any TENSEI shaft — which creates a powerful, loaded feel through the downswing before releasing aggressively at impact. The medium-stiffness handle allows for a controlled load at the top, and the firm tip keeps spin rates low and the head stable through the hitting zone. Best suited for swing speeds of 100 mph and above with a fast, aggressive transition.
Compared to the TENSEI 1K Black (also low launch, low spin but with an ultra-stiff tip and firm mid), the Pro Orange has an even firmer mid section but a slightly less stiff tip — producing a more active, snappier feel through the swing while maintaining the same aggressive low-launch, low-spin window. Compared to the TENSEI 1K Pro White (low launch, low spin, softer tip), the Orange's firmer mid section makes it the more demanding option for players who generate more speed and want to feel the shaft load more aggressively through the downswing. Players who want the 1K Pro platform with a mid-launch profile should step up to the TENSEI 1K Pro Blue instead.
