Is the adapter tip already installed?
Yes. Every shaft in this collection is built to order with a genuine Ping-compatible adapter tip epoxied and trimmed before it ships. You will not need any additional installation steps beyond inserting it into your clubhead and tightening with the standard Ping torque wrench.

Which Ping driver models are compatible?
We carry adapters for over 35 Ping driver and fairway wood models including the G430, G425, G410, G400, G30, G25, G, LST, LS-Tec, SFT, and more. Select your specific model from the adapter dropdown when ordering.

What shaft should I choose for my Ping driver?
For most golfers, a 50–65g shaft in Regular or Stiff flex is the right starting point. If you tend to hit high and want less spin, move toward a lower-launching profile like the Project X HZRDUS Black or Fujikura Ventus Black. If you want higher launch and more carry distance, the Fujikura Ventus Red or Mitsubishi Tensei AV Blue are popular choices. What length should I order?
Standard driver shaft length is 45.5 inches tip-to-butt. Most golfers order standard length. If you are building for a specific playing length, measure your current shaft from the top of the adapter to the end of the grip and order that length.

Can I return an assembled shaft?
Assembled shafts are custom built to order and are not eligible for return once built. Please double-check your adapter model, flex, and length before ordering. Contact us by text or email before placing your order if you have any questions.
