if i order 14 does tape come with them?
The grips don't come with tape strips, but you can purchase a set of 14 tape strips separately here: https://www.grips4less.com/products/tape-strips

How are these grips in wet conditions ?or how durable are they for high use ?
These are very durable grips, since they are UV resistant. Their tackiness is also good in wet weather conditions. We highly recommend the Sonar line.
